Everything in the membership is designed to help you progress in Italian in a flexible, fun, and structured way, whether you attend live or study independently.

What happens after I sign up

Once you’ve filled in the Reserve Your Spot contact form, here’s what happens next:

1. Personal consultation call: I (your tutor, Federica) will contact you to arrange a call where we’ll discuss your Italian level, goals, and how the membership works. This ensures the programme is the right fit for you.

2. Registration: If you decide to proceed, you’ll register through our membership platform. From this point, you’ll have full access to all the resources, lesson replays, mini-courses, and the community platform.

3. Onboarding meeting: I’ll schedule a group onboarding session for new starters. This Zoom session will walk you through how everything works, including how to access classes, replays, and other resources.

4. Start learning! Once onboarded, you’re ready to attend your first live class and dive into all the resources in the membership.

The process is simple, supportive, and designed to make sure you feel confident and ready to start your Italian learning journey.

What language proficiency levels are covered?

Our membership is designed specifically for intermediate learners, catering to a range of abilities within this level.

Whether you’re just starting your intermediate journey or are more confident but looking to refine your skills, our classes are tailored to suit the needs of the group. To ensure a great fit and answer any questions, I (Federica) will have a personal consultation call with every new student to discuss your goals, current level of Italian, and how the membership can help you progress.

If you’re not quite intermediate yet, our self-study option for beginners is a great way to build your foundation before joining live classes. Contact us for more details—we’d love to help!”

How many live classes do I get within the membership?

You’ll attend one 1.5-hour live class each week (on Zoom), held in a small group of 8–10 students. These classes are tailored to your group’s level and designed to help you build fluency and confidence through interactive conversation practice, grammar, and vocabulary exercises.

In addition to your weekly class, you’ll also have access to three monthly live events:

– A Q&A session, where you can ask questions and get personalised help.
– A quiz evening (La Sfida), featuring games and activities to reinforce what you’ve learned.
– A conversation session (Parliamo) to improve your speaking skills in a fun, engaging environment.

This structure ensures consistent progress while allowing flexibility to fit your schedule.

When are the live classes? What if they don’t fit in with my availability?

Our live classes are held on Zoom on the following days and times (UK time):

– Monday: 7:15 PM – 8:45 PM
– Tuesday: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
– Friday: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM

In addition to weekly classes, we also run three engaging monthly events:

– Q&A Session: Last Wednesday of the month at 5:30 PM.
– Quiz Evening (La Sfida): First Wednesday of the month at 5:30 PM.
– Conversation Session (Parliamo): Third Thursday of the month at 5:30 PM.

During your personal consultation call, we’ll discuss which weekly class best fits your schedule. If you have to skip a class or are unavailable in a given week, don’t worry—every live class is recorded, so you can catch up at a time that suits you.

To ensure high-quality teaching and balance, live classes take short breaks for Easter, Christmas, UK bank holidays, and two weeks during the summer. This helps us keep lessons fresh and focused while providing you with ample time to revisit replays and consolidate your learning.

For those who prefer to learn independently, or if you are unable to make any of the live classes, we also offer a self-study membership option at a lower price. This includes access to all lesson replays, mini-courses, and other resources, allowing you to benefit from the content on demand without attending live classes.

Whether you’re joining live or learning at your own pace, we’re here to help you progress on your Italian learning journey.

How can I interact with other students and the tutor?

You’ll gain access to our vibrant community platform, where you can connect with both Federica (your tutor) and your fellow students. Here’s how you can interact:

– Ask questions anytime: Use the discussion forums to ask Federica questions about lessons, quizzes, or anything else you’re working on.
– Peer support: Share your learning experiences, ask for advice, and collaborate with other members in the forum.
– Live session engagement: All live classes and monthly events are highly interactive, giving you the chance to ask questions, participate in discussions, and practise your Italian in a supportive environment.

Whether in the forum or during live sessions, you’ll always feel supported as part of a welcoming and collaborative learning community.

What is the cost of the membership?

The membership costs £69 per month. This includes:

– Weekly live small-group classes tailored to intermediate learners.
– Access to all lesson replays, mini-courses, and additional resources in the comprehensive content library.
– Three engaging monthly events: Q&A sessions, quiz and game evenings (La Sfida), and conversation practice sessions (Parliamo).
– Full access to our community platform, where you can connect with your tutor and peers, access all resources, and take your Italian learning with you on the go.

There are no long-term commitments—you can cancel your membership at any time.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

We want you to feel confident about joining the membership, so here’s how our policy works:

– Cancellations: You can cancel your membership at any time. There’s no long-term commitment, so if your circumstances change or you feel it’s not right for you, you’re free to stop at any point.

– Refunds: If you decide the membership isn’t for you, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period. Let us know within the first 14 days of joining, and we’ll issue a full refund.

After the 14-day period, no refunds are offered, but you’re very welcome to continue learning until the end of your current billing cycle or cancel your membership going forward.

Our goal is to make sure you feel supported and excited about your Italian learning journey, and we’re always here to answer questions before or after you join.
